This Bay Ho home has been in the family since 2013, but instead of moving as their needs grew, they chose a full transformation to create a refreshed, modern home perfectly suited to their lifestyle. We transformed the entire space with a full renovation and an addition that expanded the home’s square footage, creating room for a new primary bedroom suite, a fully redesigned kitchen, and all updated bathrooms. Every detail was carefully considered, from custom doors and built ins to refined finishes throughout, while the outdoor living areas were enhanced with a new fireplace, pergola, and cooking area for entertaining and everyday enjoyment. The result is a cohesive, elegant home where modern design, craftsmanship, and thoughtful functionality come together, allowing the family to continue making memories in the place they love.
